( project 02. ) LegalTegrity
LegalTegrity makes a digital whistleblowing system for mid-sized companies and is one of the leading providers in Germany. Its founder, Dr. Thomas Altenbach, started it in 2019 after years of leading international compliance teams. For twelve months I ran the content for the company and for him.

The brief
The EU Whistleblower Directive made reporting channels mandatory for many companies, and the market filled up fast with providers that all sounded alike. LegalTegrity had a good product and deep expertise, but needed to be recognised for more than features: for its values, its team and the person behind it.
I built a content strategy around the CEO's point of view and ran it on the company channels and on his own account.
The hard part
Compliance can sound dry, and in this field one careless claim is a real risk.
Next to the educational content, I made the people visible: the founder who started a company at 56, the colleague he met over lunch in a law firm, the compliance manager at a customer who explained how the system works in practice. Trust in a compliance product comes from trust in the people behind it, and every statement still had to hold up legally.
What I did
Results
The posts started real conversations in a field people usually scroll past: 17 comments on the founder story "Über 50 noch gründen?" and 18 on the company's fourth birthday post.
